To increase our level of customer service Fraser Freight uses the FLEETFINDER management system.
This system gives us total control with live, on-screen information 24 hours a day.
Our customers are provided with a superior level of service through greater punctuality, faster deliveries, on-line, real-time
reporting and improved levels of security
Street level mapping which allows us to pinpoint the exact location of any of our vehicles to within a distance of 10 metres.
If an urgent collection is required we can identify the nearest available vehicle and provide an accurate time of arrival.
Security is greatly enhanced as the system provides us with a complete "Stolen Vehicle Tracking" service. Giving precise and
continuous location information to the nearest police force to assist in tracking down a vehicle which provides our customers with peace
of mind about their important or high-value goods.
